Overview: Spring Consulting Group, an Alera Group Company, LLC, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join its growing team. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department, building and facilitating strategy and supporting overarching business development objectives through multi-faceted marketing tactics.

Responsibilities: The Senior Marketing Manager will be expected to: Create and implement an annual marketing strategy and plan

Provide strategic leadership around social media, targeted campaigns, SEO, event strategy, strategic partnerships, and other areas

Build and manage creative lead generation initiatives Establish, manage and adhere to an annual marketing budget Develop, refine, and report on marketing metrics to illustrate performance Work closely with consultants to help them achieve their business development goals Assist with RFPs and new business proposals on an as-needed basis Oversee content calendar Provide writing support for content, awards submissions, conference presentations, press, and other communications needs Serve as internal communications lead Peer review written communications, as needed Assist with client deliverables as needed (e.g., newsletters, collateral, formatting, etc.) Work within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) on emails, campaigns, and reporting Provide management and leadership services to direct report (Marketing Specialist)

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have: 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in b2b Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field Strong writing and communications skills Project management experience Leadership experience Creative problem solving skills A detail and data-oriented mindset The ability to collaborate across teams Nice to have:

Healthcare and/or insurance experience Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience
