**We are looking for experienced Warehouse Managers for the following shifts:**

**A Shift Monday - Wednesday from 6:00am-6:00pm**

**C Shift Sunday- Tuesday from 6:00pm-6:00am**

**D Shift Wednesday - Friday 6:00pm-6:00am**

**Job Duties:**

* Responsible for all aspects of blanks warehouse, picking and receiving operations including partnering with internal departments.

* Work closely with our internal customers to verify production departments are running efficiently

* Assures timely preparation for production orders, including documentation with strong attention to detail

* Monitors receiving and stocking standards to ensure that all guidelines are met

* Mentor and develop an existing supervisory team using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountability; set objectives; establish priorities, and monitor and evaluate results.

* Ensure continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.

* Arrange daily/weekly meetings with staff as appropriate to review overall team/individual performance.

* Confirm all deadlines and priority cut-off times are met.

* Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems.

* Develop personnel to ensure appropriate backup/successors in all key positions. Coach and groom direct reports for excellence while documenting their progress and cross-training to provide adequate coverage in key areas.

* Provide oversight while evaluating employee performance, handle disciplinary issues, and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability.

* Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Skills/Qualifications:**

* Solid knowledge of logistics procedures.

* Knowledge of shipping documents (e.g. ASN).

* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and operational systems/software (ERP).

* Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and resolve them in a timely manner.

* Possess a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.

* Responsible for maintaining high energy, positive, professional appearance

* Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail required.

* Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records

* Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiative.

* Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call as necessary

* Promote an environment conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.

* This position requires bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, pushing/pulling, prolonged walking and standing during a 12-hour shift, and often times performing repetitive tasks. In addition, the candidate must be able to work in very hot and cold temperatures.

* **Education/Certification Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in operations or distribution management preferred; Education can generally be substituted for required general and specialized experience.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or relative field.
