This position involves receiving and processing Smart Chicken orders via phone, fax, and electronically from order to cash. The job requires coordinating the efforts of all company personnel to achieve positive results in all aspects of our relationship with the customer, providing the alignment of effort necessary to bring together individual endeavors of sales management, credit, pricing, production, quality assurance, transportation, warehousing, product movement, and every other department serving the customer. Other responsibilities include developing solutions to administrative issues regarding product pricing, billing, etc. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with both internal and external customers and performing other duties as the need arises. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering phones Creating documents and working with other departments Organized and time management skills Order procurement via phone Customer focused Developing strong working relationships Monday - Friday, 7 to 5 but hours may vary. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school degree or equivalent preferred. Experience: 2 plus years of Customer Service and/or Office experience is preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with knowledge of Excel and Word. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service phone skills.
