Bilingual On-Site Coordinator/Recruiter

We are seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter to join our growing team in the staffing and recruiting industry. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the staffing operations at our client's location. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Direct Hire
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri - 12 nn to 7/8 pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all onsite operations, including scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding of temporary employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both the client and temporary employees, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and track attendance, timesheets, and other administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to source, screen, and interview potential candidates for temporary positions.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of onsite operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 3 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, preferably in an on-site or coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both clients and candidates
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules
