Job Requirements:

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be timely and work efficiently throughout the day
  • Effectively lead a team as well as motivate the workgroup
  • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Be an example to all employees and adhere to company policies

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently complete necessary steps to ensure kits are assembled, quality checked, and shipped according to specifications with visual and computer-scanned checks
  • Able to correct any incorrectly assembled kits as needed
  • Assign duties and troubleshoot problems
  • Update the Kitting Production Screen hourly to help track daily production goals.
  • Report production progress to the Kitting Supervisor throughout the production day.
  • Maintain production schedule for the day, and communicate changes to the team as needed.
  • Monitor supplies and restock/transfer inventory as needed.
  • Track the kits that cannot be completed by type and report, report to the customer, and request back orders as needed.
  • Bring positive and constructive feedback to the management team to help with employee engagement and help develop a strong team and quality workers
