This role involves receiving, processing, and distributing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and safe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy and quality of products.
  • Sort and organize items in the warehouse according to company standards.
  • Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, conducting regular counts, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and best practices is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
