The Opportunity:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Capstone site management and corporate office
- Perform data entry of daily information into Capstone systems
- Prepare shipments to corporate office and receive and distribute return communications
- Other duties as assigned

Additional Job Details/Requirements
Inbound Receiving Clerk is an hourly warehouse associate who will be working in the inbound receiving office, making $16.25 an hour, start time would be roughly 4:30am on average pending on volume. Shift would be between 8-10 hours a day. This is a vital position to Sysco Oklahoma's entire inbound operation, you are responsible for preparing all the paperwork for both Sysco and Capstone associates, Bill of ladings, receiving packets, data entry, communication, emails, payments, and assigning trucks to the dock. Must be professional, customer service oriented and able to multitask in a busy office setting.
