Graybar Electric Company, Inc. seeks a full-time IT Procurement Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, to be responsible for the procurement of Information Technology (IT) assets. You will be responsible for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Contracting with On and Offshore outsourcing and staff augmentation organizations. You will review and negotiate all IT Contracts. In addition, you will be responsible for IT Budget development and reporting, invoicing, and tracking spend to budget. In this role you will: Develop and manage RFPs for On, Off, and Near shore outsourcing and/or staff augmentation engagements. Negotiate outsourcing and staff augmentation engagement contracts and pricing. Review outsourcing service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for adherence to contract. Recommend changes to KPIs and SLAs to drive outsource efficiency. Identify, lead, and oversee complex sourcing of IT projects consisting of software, hardware, and maintenance. Ensure apt stakeholders are involved in IT procurement decision process. Develop and maintain professional business relations with key external and internal stakeholders. Ensure engagement of main stakeholders early for strategic sourcing process. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. Approve purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. Review and approve invoices for goods and services. Oversee and manage the systems that track IT inventory. Identify needs, reduce unwanted product and service demand. Manage the budget process, analyzing performance, producing key management reporting, consolidating information, and tracking changes. Maintain repository of active contracts and nondisclosure agreements (NDA); act as liaison to Corporate Legal Department on all NDAs and contracts. Collaborate with business and IT leaders to develop business cases for new technology spend and to negotiate favorable terms and costing on IT services and technology. What you bring to t

he table: Minimum 7 years’ experience with outsource contracts and RFPs; minimum of 5 years’ experience with Off and Near shore companies 7 years’ IT Industry experience; 5 years’ experience in management and 5 years’ experience reviewing contracts and invoices Experience with Software as a Service contracts and negotiations Four-year degree: Business, Management Information Systems, or related field Preferred Advanced degree Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Knowledge In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiating terms and conditions Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques Knowledge of change management techniques and experience leading change Skills Excellent persuasion, influencing, and negotiating skills Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to build consensus among key stakeholders Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong management and leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access Abilities Ability to think strategically Ability to achieve results through others Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities Ability to effectively negotiate service contracts, Public Cloud, and multiple other contracts Ability to create and manage large and complex budgets effectively Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Why should you join Graybar?
