Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, or inquiries.
  • Document and update customer records in the system with relevant details.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective assistance to customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
