What we are looking for:

A dedicated and knowledgeable Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C Administrator to join our team. This role involves comprehensive involvement in both training personnel on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C platform and coordinating our e-commerce merchandising strategies across 14 e-commerce websites. They will report directly to the key stakeholders that maintain and manage the platform: design, frontend development and software development.

Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
? Design and deliver training programs on SFCC B2C platform for various teams within the organization.
? Develop training materials, guides, and tutorials that cater to different learning styles.
? Keep abreast of new features and updates in SFCC and incorporate these into training sessions.
? Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for both new hires and existing employees.
Merchandising Coordination:
? Help divisions to implement and monitor online merchandising strategies on the SFCC platform across the organization.
? Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
? Analyze customer behavior and market trends to help advise on how to optimize product placement and promotions.
? Monitor the maintenance of product catalogs, including product descriptions, images, and pricing and assist as needed.
Platform Management:
? Ensure the smooth operation of the SFCC B2C platform, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
? Collaborate with design, software and development teams to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies and SFCC B2C updates.

Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
? Proven experience in training and development, particularly with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C platform.
? Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and merchandising strategies.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Proficient in data analysis and using tools to derive insights from e-commerce metrics.
