Description
The Corradino Group has an immediate opening in our Franklin, Tennessee office for an Administrative Assistant with additional opportunities to advance into a Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team in Tennessee.
At Corradino, you work with a dedicated group of people who have a passion for the work they do and the difference they make in the future of communities across the country. Corradino has successfully provided engineering, planning, architectural, environmental and construction management to clients for over 52 years. Corradino's success is the result of a talented team of professionals doing their job and doing it well.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to executive leadership and management staff.
- Prepares materials (agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, etc.) for internal and external meetings.
- Formulates responses to inquiries and develops positive relationships with internal staff and external contacts.
- Maintains general office supplies.
- Completes general office tasks such as preparing mailings, deliveries, etc.
- Coordinates activities between project managers and outsides parties.
- Contacts internal staff and external companies to gather information and prepare proposals and reports.
- Works with the Production Department team and Project Managers to produce high-quality responses for the client's Request for Proposals/Statement of Qualifications, etc.
- Prepares and reviews drafts of proposal/marketing materials, and coordinates with project team.
- Updates resumes and project descriptions, maintain proposal files and marketing database.
- Has a working knowledge of creating quality graphics for covers, tabs, organizational charts, brochures, and social media ads.
Microsoft Word formatting, Excel knowledge base and PowerPoint creativity is essential. Excellent spelling, grammar, proofreading, detail-oriented, time management, and communication skills are desirable.
Software Experience:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro DC, a plus
- Basic Web Administration skill a plus
Requirements:
- Education: Four-year degree (English, Communications, or Marketing) or equivalent business experience with two years' experience in the A/E/C industry preferred.
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, familiarity with engineering marketing preferred.
- Work on initiatives independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have a creative approach to data design.
- Ability to follow direction and provide suggestions to enhance layouts/designs.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
