Responsibilities:

  • Full Life-Cycle Recruiting and placing high-level Information Technology and Digital Talent for contract and permanent opportunities
  • Review and understand technical Job requirements, get with Project/Account Managers to better understand needs and pain points and being able to identify candidates as per those requirements
  • Prepare candidates for client interview process
  • Keeping themselves updated on the pulse of the industry: identify opportunities, issues, strategies and trends to help the business stay on the leading edge
  • Research new technologies and have a pile line set up of potential candidates with modern/new age technologies
  • Working well within a fast-paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency

Experience/Requirements:

Motivated and driven individual with a passion for Technology and Technical Recruiting

Must be able to recruit diversified roles and not be restrained to segmented and siloed recruiting.

1-5 years of recruiting experience in an Staffing Agency and/or Government contracting environment.

Roll-up- your sleeves attitude, resourceful, and highly organized individual

Ability to work independently and in a past faced performance driven environment

Must be passionate about their work product and driven by results versus the process

Excellent communication skills and ability to be direct and have difficult conversations

Team players who are coachable, receptive to feedback and have the can-do attitude
