Mlily USA is a leading bedding manufacturer in the world. We focus on providing high-quality product lines of mattresses, adjustable bases, and sleep accessories to offer a better quality of life to our customers. We are looking to enhance our team by adding a sales professional who can direct a specific sales area, increase sales, increase the current account base, set goals, analyze data, build and manage a strong rep team, and assist in the overall growth and development of the company. We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and working with upper management to execute correct sales plans. Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing a team of independent sales reps. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales reps while following all company policies and guidelines. Utilize other departments within the company as resources to help achieve success. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue, expense, and realistic forecasts to the management team. Attend weekly conference calls. Keep an open line of communication with your team and National Sales Director. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Attend all markets and training hosted by Mlily USA. Skills Interpersonal skills. Creativity. Prospecting. Building and maintaining client relationships. Negotiation. Presentation. Training. Team building. Requirements BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field. Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and bedding industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. Valid Driver's License. Travel within territory and trade shows.
