  • General ledger reconciliations across multiple GL codes
  • Processing payments and invoices for the received grants
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Allocating the budgets for each grant to ensure it is aligned with purchase orders
  • Confirming timesheets for employees that work on the grants team
Background expected of the Staff Accountant:
  • Intermediate excel experience
  • 2+ years accounting experience
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or experience equivalent
