Coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Follow up with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on status. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems, escalating issues to management as necessary. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management. Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service and order processing. Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases and records. Work closely with other departments, including manufacturing, inventory, and shipping, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues that may impact customer service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
