Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Duties:Manage overall account relationships for existing and new customers to ensure excellent customer service during discovery, sales and aftersales service and maintenance of the account.Partner with other sales professionals regionally to orchestrate an account sales strategy and achieve global and/or regional growth.Obtain sales by working with HVAC Carrier teams, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, plant managers, government representatives; and assist in project design, specifications, and selections towards both the customer's and Carrier's best interests.Achieve annual sales and profit goals for Institutional multinational or large regional customers.Analyze customer needs with respect to several alternate solutions using Carrier's products/services.Establish and develops estimates, quotations, and bids for new and existing customers.Service the customer after the sale and during installations/service to ensure satisfaction and to promote future business.Responsible for consistently planning effective sales activities.About UsCarrier Enterprise (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc.
