Job Description:

TransTrack Solutions Group (TTSG) is looking for an energetic, versatile, and seasoned marketing professional with at least five years of experience. This candidate will be responsible for all internal and external everyday activities such as marketing campaigns, event planning, digital content, web, and social media.

Requirements:
  • A four-year degree relating to Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or other fields relating to the job
  • A minimum of five years working in Marketing in business-to-business
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong motivation and self-discipline to work remotely
  • Strong, clear, and concise interpersonal communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and HubSpot
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and the ability to shift priorities when necessary
The job duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our brand and product offering and generate marketing leads for Sales
  • Develop the website and social media content strategy that aligns with product and sales programs and supports business goals
  • Create a calendar to maintain and analyze all marketing channels, including the website and social media
  • Create targeted email and social campaigns
  • Support Sales presentations and Webinars
  • Create and maintain product marketing and digital content
  • Write content for emails, news, blogs, case studies, and announcements
  • Event planning for tradeshows and conferences to foster brand recognition within the Transportation Industry. This person will be responsible for booking booth space and coordinating with outside vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of goods for conferences, events, and all other company events
  • Order marketing materials for the company to be used either internally or externally.
  • Coordinating with clients to conduct case studies, write-ups, and webinars for the company
  • Coordinate with our digital marketing agency to ensure the completion of projects promptly
  • Graphic design knowledge and the ability to complete small design projects are a plus
  • Knowledge of the public transportation sector is considered a bonus
  • Some travel is required (for industry and collaboration events)
