We are looking for a

Robotics Engineer

that is safety and quality conscious and willing to learn and grow with the business. This is a role where you where you will work in a TEAM environment.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

This position is accountable for overseeing the robotic systems to achieve the maximum efficiency in the manufacturing production areas of a heavy industrial facility The incumbent will play a crucial role in researching, designing, building configuring, testing and maintaining robotic systems and application.

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures and schematics.
Defining problems, collecting data, and deducing facts and conclusions.
Writing software, building electronics, and designing mechanisms.
Programming complex robotics systems.
Researching, developing, and maintaining robotics systems and component
Troubleshooting robotics systems and applications.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records.

To ensure success the incumbent should exhibit knowledge of manufacturing processes, troubleshooting and robotics.

SKILLS/SPECIFICATIONS:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to develop mechanical and electrical systems.
Proven skills in writing software and programming systems.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Able to apply advanced mathematical concepts.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Implementing improvements to increase production.
Ensure that robotic machines operate safely.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in automation, mechanical, robotics or electrical engineering from an accredited college or university.
Excellent knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
2 or more years' experience in manufacturing, robotics engineering or similar role.
Reviewing and approving cost estimates and project calculations.
