We seek a highly skilled and experienced Title Clerk to join our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Title Clerk who is well-versed in handling all forms of used car titling, including vehicle purchases, used vehicle leasing, refinances, and out-of-state (non-Texas) titling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, be proficient with WebDealer, and have experience working with out-of-state titling services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and handle new car titles for vehicles sold or leased, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Submit title applications to the tax office in a timely manner.

- Handle vehicle purchases, including title transfers and ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.

- Utilize WebDealer for processing motor vehicle title and registration transactions. - Maintain detailed records and files, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners, including dealerships, leasing companies, and tax offices.

- Resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

- Responsible for Bank deposits and Tax office Runs

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry

- Strong understanding of Texas title regulations and processes, including working with tax offices.

- Proficiency in using WebDealer and CDK is required

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
