The position provides supervision to the two regional branch locations. Essential Duties/Functions of the Position Guide and assist branch office employees in their duties. Provide assistance to employees in assessing member needs and contributing to the growth of the credit union. Maintain highly motivated and professionally trained employees by providing training, coaching, and developmental sessions. Schedule subordinates and ensure appropriate daily and weekly staffing coverage. Monitor expenses for the branch to ensure consistency with the overall strategic plan and budget of the credit union. Communicate and evaluate policies and procedures for the branch, coordinating with other branch managers for consistency. Ensure the credit union is adequately staffed with competent team members by recruiting and referring prospective candidates to senior management. Support and train all new and existing subordinate team members. Evaluate the job performance of all subordinate employees and recommend salary adjustments. Ensure the branch is compliant with federal laws and regulations set forth by the NCUA and other regulatory agencies. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience Requirements Exceptional emotionally-intelligent verbal and written communication skills. Transformational Leadership skills. At least five years of experience within the finance, banking, or credit union industry. At least five years of prior proven business management and leadership skills. At least two years of direct management experience within the finance, banking, or credit union industry. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Computer and software knowledge and skills, such as Microsoft Office and banking/finance programs. Education/Certificates/Licenses/Registration Requirements Preferably possess an Associate degree from an accredited college/university with an emphasis in business, leadership, finance, accounting, economics, or marketing. A combination of certifications, formal college, and experience may be substituted for a college degree.
