Description
Are you a compassionate leader with a background in mental health services? We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee our mobile crisis team and our Mental Health Technicians in our Edmond Urgent Recovery Center (URC). In this essential role, you'll collaborate with community partners, provide therapeutic interventions, and ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise mobile crisis staff and mental health technicians at Edmond URC.
- Coordinate daily administrative duties, including schedules and patient care.
- Facilitate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming barriers.
- Collaborate with community partners such as law enforcement and mental health agencies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff training.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships with community partners and referral sources.

Position Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Licensure in the State of Oklahoma in a mental health discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Word and general computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to reliable transportation and valid Oklahoma driver's license.
- Completion of required NorthCare training within 30 days of employment.
- TB test within 12 months prior to employment or within 30 days of hire.
