Our Mobile Crisis Team provides 24/7 community-based crisis services aimed at delivering solution-focused and recovery-oriented behavioral health assessments. We are seeking a dedicated Peer Recovery Specialist Mobile Crisis Responder Level 2 to join our team.
Some Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate expertise in crisis support, assisting individuals in accessing services and reducing barriers to care.
* Provide mentorship to colleagues regarding recovery support care.
* Establish rapport with clients, organizing and delivering face-to-face services with a focus on verbal de-escalation.
* Respond to crisis calls from various referral sources, advocating for patients within the community.
* Develop crisis/safety plans to ensure individuals can safely maintain in the community.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide in-person and telehealth crisis support.
* Promote a warm and engaging organizational culture that values trauma-informed care and health and wellness.

Qualifications
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree OR three years' experience in community mental health field required
* Current ODMHSAS Peer Recovery Support Specialist Certification required.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must possess a high level of clinical judgment, take initiative, and be self-driven.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Access to reliable transportation and valid Oklahoma driver's license required.
