**Description:**Plans, organizes, manages and is responsible for all document control and distribution processes and systems for the Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C) Department, including all construction project-related documentation received from and sent to the contractor, architect, and internal staff from initial planning and early development of a project through its completion.Meets regularly with all the parties involved to stay abreast of and track the status of construction projects at all stages. Prepares meeting agendas as needed and records and distributes minutes summarizing matters discussed and actions approved.Scan, distribute, and file documents including (but not limited to) project designs, drawings, specifications, estimates, and correspondence to the appropriate archival repository.Verify and correct project-related documentation where needed.Ensures that document control and distribution systems, processes, and procedures are organized, accurate, clear, and complete.Maintains effective and on-going communications with construction and contractor management teams.Provides initial review of pay applications, change orders, and other incoming construction documents.Performs other project engineering and project management-related duties as well as incidental duties as needed or assigned.Notes:2-3 year experienceGood documentationStrong need to learnFollow-upHeavy administrativeRequire construction experienceMicrosoft Excel, PPT capabilitiesNice to have cost and scheduling experienceDisciplined = organized and prepared (anticipate needs)Documentation and filingFluent with computer skillsSupporting 2-3 PMs who manage 10-20 projects eachPE’s go to the site to conduct walks, site conditions and close outPMP if move upOSHA-10 certificate preferred**Skills:**change order, Construction, Project engineering, Rfi, Engineering, Project coordination, Estimation, Construction management, Project management, Mechanical, Commercial construction, Electrical, Project scheduling, facility systems, mep**Top Skills Details:**change order,Construction,Project engineering,Rfi,Engineering,Project coordination,Estimation,Construction management,Project management**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**EDUCATION:Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management) from an accredited college or university.EXPERIENCE:Minimum: Three (3) or more years of related experience in construction, design, or construction management.Knowledge of and ability to use project management tools.Knowledge of CAD system, CAFM, estimating, cost control, scheduling, construction administration, quality control, and specific writing and place planning.Knowledge of technical and professional requirements in the fields of healthcare delivery, architecture, and the building design process, and construction.Knowledge of project management, accounting, construction design, construction methods, building materials, sustainability, mechanical and electrical construction, cost estimation, building codes and standards, and contract administrationKnowledge of OSHPD forms, applications, fees, permits, test, and inspection forms.Knowledge of RFI, PCO, submittal, and invoicing processes.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite business software applications.Ability to organize and complete project documentation.Ability to read drawings and schematics.Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and complete work within deadlines ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at each step.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with and gain the cooperation of others at all levels, both within and outside SHC**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
