Job Description:
As a Luxury Sales Associate at Michelle Farmer Collaborate, you will embody our brand values and be responsible for providing unparalleled customer experiences. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our esteemed clientele, offering personalized product recommendations and styling advice. Your passion for fashion, attention to detail, and ability to develop lasting relationships will be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our boutiques.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, designers, and brand ethos to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations to customers.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to establish strong customer relationships and ensure a personalized shopping experience.
Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, providing tailored styling advice and suggestions.
Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and designers to enhance your product knowledge and effectively convey information to customers.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales service.
Contribute to the overall success of the boutique, actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.
Passion for fashion, art, and luxury with a keen eye for design and detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Exceptional customer service skills, providing a personalized shopping experience to each customer.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
