POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for a wide range of problem-solving opportunities both operationally and strategically and will require the ability to form strong recommendations supported by robust analysis.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple programs.
Act as the subject matter expert and collaborate with leadership on new initiatives, products and services.
Identify opportunities and solutions to improve company products, processes, and procedures.
In collaboration with the finance team, participate monthly meetings with leadership to analyze program progress, spending against budget, and recommend budget adjustments.
Participate in future-year planning and strategy activities while providing thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact.
Under the direction of the Program Manager execute and maintain standard operating procedures for various programs.
Prepare and complete action plans for program roll outs.
Under the direction of the Program Manager identify and manage operational objectives.
Maintain relationships between outside vendors and partners for programs.
Communicate with internal team on new programs and trainings.
Manage robust flow of communication from the client.
Maintain and manage client expectations.
Ensure programs are run efficiently and profitable.
Coordinate with internal team members to execute on programs.
Collect requirements to close programs.
Review and monitor the success of projects once completed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the department and that help to make Lendistry the best place to work

PROFICIENCIES

Advanced technical skills in MS Suite, Lucid, Tableau, SalesForce.
Project Management platform experience a plus
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.
Ability to demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changing situations. Combines entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale.
Excellent writing skills.
Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self- motivate and follow-through on projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree preferred
Proven experience in project or program management
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Excellent customer service skills

SALARY

$27.00 - $35.00/Hourly, depending upon experience and location
