- Training and Support:
- Assist in training sessions for university software applications.
- Provide one-on-one support to users, addressing their questions and troubleshooting issues related to software usage.
- Help users navigate through various IT software tools, ensuring they understand features and functionalities.
- Diagnose and resolve software-related problems reported by students, faculty, and staff.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Document solutions and create knowledgebase articles for common problems.
- Help organize workshops and training sessions on software usage.
- Create training materials, including guides, videos, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions conducted.
- Provide excellent customer service to all users.
- Be patient, empathetic, and responsive when assisting with software-related inquiries
