Job Summary:

As the Food and Beverage Cashier, you will provide all of our guests with efficient and great quality food, drinks, and service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
•Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
•Learn and efficiently operate food and beverage computer systems
•Assist guests with food and beverage purchases, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
•Set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; and maintain the cleanliness of workstation at all times
•Adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policy
•Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

•Must be at least 18 years of age
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
•Must have six months or more related experience
•Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

•Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
•Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk
•Frequently required to stoop, crouch, or kneel
•Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor

Work Environment:

The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
