Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cashier, Clubs to join our team at Levy at Soldier Field - United Club and Levy at Soldier Field - Miller Lite Midway. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for performing cashiering duties, including making cash transactions, verifying cash drawer, giving change, counting cash receipts and completing cash reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion.
  • Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
  • Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment; issue receipts to customers.
  • Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds.
  • Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring that cash drawer is in compliance with overage/shortage standards.
  • Observe customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiate between standard portions.
  • Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
  • Keep pastry case stocked.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
