Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and executing a consistent follow-up procedure for all pending leads and referral opportunities, and provide support to the Commercial Department.

Leverage company systems and resources that drive efficiency and accuracy in pest prevention cross-sell initiative.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Manage and lead a team of outside sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their targets and goals. Ultimate responsibility of inside sales teams as well, who are under the direction of the inside sales manager.Monitor sales metrics (e.g. revenue, number of sales calls, conversion rates, etc.) to track the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.Set targets and quotas for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and strategies.Executive and complete sales training programMotivate sales teams through goals and personal developments.Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage sales teams and communicate any competitive information such as pricing data, new programs, and special marketing promotions.Manage and monitor time and absence of team members utilizing Workday.Interview, hire, and train new staff members.Oversee daily workflow of the department.Provide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations.Qualifications and Education RequirementsPrevious management experience preferred, including leading and developing teams.Sales experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersHigh School diploma or GED requiredRequired SkillsAbility to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfullyMust be able to talk, listen, and speak clearlyMust possess valid Driver's License and meet company driving standardsPreferred SkillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredIndustry licensed in accordance with state regulationsPhysical RequirementsPeriods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerWorking long hours when required to generate resultsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesManage sales teams and communicate any competitive information such as pricing data, new programs, and special marketing promotions.Manage and monitor time and absence of team members utilizing WorkdayInterview, hire, and train new staff membersOversee daily workflow of the departmentProvide constructive and timely performance feedback and evaluations
