In this role you will: Fill in for any position related to order fulfillment or inventory control as required by workload and/or staffing levels. Ensure the unboxing and setup schedule is keeping up with workload and management’s expectations for efficient and timely delivery of product to end users. Ensure shop associates have the training and tools required to stay current with our product lines. Maintain strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and overall logistics strategy. Ensure that monthly and quarterly inventories are completed, including reporting to Manager and Director. Assist in the creation, modification, and execution of workflow in support of eAutomate sales order, logistics and inventory processes. Supervise members of the Logistics team including work allocation, training, problem resolution and recommendations for hiring and firing. Conduct leadership components of the performance review process including establishing appropriate and measurable goals, reviewing progress throughout the year, documenting performance, and conducting performance reviews. You should have: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of logistics or inventory knowledge. Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements. Access to reliable transportation. Ability to supervise and train associates, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate honestly, clearly, and effectively. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to work successfully under pressure with a level demeanor. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software as needed. Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of eAutomate software. Physical effort required, lifting between 10-25 lbs.
