Responsibilities:

Provide accurate pricing information on various orders in a timely fashion

Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy

Use ERP system to enter sales orders, monitor inventory, set up quotes and purchase orders

Use one-on-one customer support and problem-solving via phone and e-mail

Support outside sales by creating and launching a pricing strategy

Utilize math and logistics to aid in the estimation process

Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and initiative to provide the best experience for clients.

Job Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst or in an Estimator role

Strong skills in math and measurement

Experience using an ERP system

Must be a strong communicator with a high level of integrity and work ethic
