As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and self-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

Role Description This full-time on-site Marketing Manager role is located in Brookhaven, GA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and promote our real estate services. The Marketing Manager will also manage the company's marketing campaigns, analyze market trends and data, and collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies. Real Estate Experience is a MUST

Work Environment:

In Office M-F, Brookhaven, GA

Marketing Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and listings. Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market. Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective lead generation campaigns. Create a yearly marketing plan/calendar for marketing, pop-by ideas, and events. Create and order just listed and just sold postcards to target areas. Create and post social media graphics. Create a monthly newsletter and send it to CRM. Create and order Buyer + Seller presentations. Create and order end of year sales mailer. Create and order listing brochures for all active listings. Create and order any additional custom mailers.

Event Planning: Yearly calendar of team and client events (3-4 per year Max) Create and send event invites to CRM or target area. Create and post social media graphics. Create an event website, if needed. Create and order event signage, yards signs, posters, banners etc. Create and order event marketing brochures. Design and order event swag items. Coordinate with event space, sponsors, and vendors. Prepare event space with decorations, team swag and any additional items needed. Attend the event and coordinate with vendors as needed. Clean up event space as needed

Administrative Duties: Delivering listing brochures to listings when needed. Delivering lockbox to listings when needed. Assist the team with staging homes when needed

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is preferred. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
