Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in food service management or in a related role required
• Must demonstrate integrity
• Proven knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ServSafe Certified
• 3-5 years or more related, customer service and support experience and/or training
• Ideally, experience in directing and mentoring others

No need for experience in our industry. It is more important for us to hire for heart and personality and train the rest.
