Role Profile Responsible for management of OneSource paint protection film (PPF) installation services for dealership customers and supervision of up to 10 Eastman OneSource PPF installers and trainees deployed to local market dealerships. In collaboration with the OneSource Account Manager and the National Installation Operations Manager, this role maximizes PPF installation volume and efficiency while maintaining Eastman’s quality standard. Once the dealership account is established, this role is the on-the-ground dealer representative for installation operations – scheduling installation, assigning installers, overseeing quality of installation, managing installer time, and resolving installation issues as necessary. This role applies practical PPF installation experience to coach and guide new installers as they work, and to assist with PPF installation as needed. We are looking for someone who is currently living in the Houston, TX area. Customer Experience + Provide dealer with a comprehensive ‘team partner’ approach during the final stages of the sale by collaborating with the OneSource Account Manager to deliver a sales presentation to answer installation-related questions, set expectations about physical set-up, packages, scheduling considerations, install times, pricing implications, etc. + Manage on-the-ground relationships with appropriate dealer representatives to ensure responsiveness and support for PPF installation operations. + Collaborate with the Account Team to address dealer and/or consumer concerns with Eastman installation service. + Develop relationships with dealer representatives to pursue new opportunities for operations to grow. + Collaborate with dealer and Installation Team to review and adjust processes/procedures to support a first-class experience working with OneSource. Responsibilities Team Supervision + Coordinate with OneSource National Installation Operations Manager and HR to onboard installer trainees to enable a smooth transition into Eastman and from completion of the Foundations Certification program into the role of installer and the installation environment. + Coach and develop installers on the job in alignment with the Foundations program and the ‘Eastman Way’ quality standards. + Maintain awareness of team dynamics, stress, and/or technical skill issues and work to resolve in a timely manner. + Ensure installers adhere to Eastman and customer on-site guidelines as it relates to safety, logistics, and policies. + Embody and drive a culture of teamwork, high quality standards, and adherence to the Eastman Way, such that installers could be shifted to other locations and have no learning curve while producing consistent results. Operations + Manage installation bookings – scheduling, timing estimates, installer assignments. + Use OneSource installation packages as basis for time estimates and to determine time estimates for installation add-ons/custom requests. + Track installer actual hours vs. flag hours worked and report to Invoicing and Payroll Teams. + Collaborate with OneSource Account Manager, National Installation Operations Manager, and leadership to increase operations efficiency and profitability. + Collaborate with Installation Team and OneSource Account Manager to identify and prioritize pattern needs; liaise with Patterns Team for pattern access/requests/issues and adjustments. + Maintain installation tool inventory and resources that enable installers to perform in role. + Assist with recruitment and hiring process for new installer trainees.
