Salary/Hourly Rate: $92,000 Position Overview: The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and filing various tax returns, handling compliance, and managing accounting for corporate income taxes. They will prepare and file multi-state, Federal and State tax returns for C-Corporations and Partnerships, including extensions and estimated payments. Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Accountant:

Prepare federal and state consolidated tax returns and collaborate with corporate operating companies Identify, research, and resolve tax issues Perform corporate income tax functions, compliance, planning, and accounting Calculate tax basis and implications of proposed transactions Handle voluntary disclosures Analyze tax accounts and maintain communication with tax authorities Continuously research and stay updated with current tax laws and regulations Qualifications for the Senior Tax Accountant:

Minimum 3 years of experience at another public accounting/CPA firm Highly analytical with strong communication skills Education Requirements:
