Reliable attendance is crucial to ensure consistent support and high-quality service in this role. Call Center Representative Details: Schedule: Full Time hours Monday-Friday IN OFFICE. (Shifts between 8AM-8PM) Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour Type: Contract to Hire Role Call Center Representative Job Description: Handle customer complaints and requests in a fast-paced, high-volume call center with a focus on professionalism and accuracy. Process and document mail correspondence, research issues, prepare refund paperwork, and schedule hearings as needed. Maintain excellent attendance and utilize strong communication skills to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Call Center Representative Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience. Proficiency in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
