Part Time Optometrist

in Owensboro, KY

Pay: $42.50 - 71.25 an hour ***

We handle all of the insurance filing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, without on-call or after-hours work. Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive eye exams Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease Prescribe corrective lenses Provide pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree Valid state license to practice optometry A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits We reward our FT doctors with competitive salaries and generous bonus incentives (commensurate with experience) as well as benefits including: Health insurance Sick time Malpractice insurance Continuing education (CE) If interested in joining a terrific team, I warmly invite you to apply
