Mountaineer Honda is now hiring a full time receptionist for their Bridgeport, WV location.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist the Service department with follow-up calls and scheduling of appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and title work
- Support other departments as needed
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
