Schwanen is successful in over 35 countries, and we are excited to open our first retail store in the United States.The Roles PurposeAs a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors to our space in New York City, introduce them to Merz b. Schwanens heritage, values, and products, and build deep, lasting relationships with our customers, contributing to the commercial success of the business.This role is part-time (at least 20 hours per week) and will be based in our Soho, NYC store.Your ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our storeUtilizing your brand and product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in choosing the products that are right for themContributing to the achievement of the stores key performance indicatorsEnsuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and colleaguesMaintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store at all timesAccurately performing store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing upFlexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidaysThe Qualities You EmbodyExperience in a customer-facing role, preferably in clothing retailAbility to work effectively in and contribute to the success of a teamCuriosity to understand people and their needs without assumptions or judgment.
