Job Description

Ensure products and processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements. As a Quality Engineer, you will lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for new product introductions, oversee the development and maintenance of APQP documentation, including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams. You will facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure all APQP requirements are met, coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, and implement quality enhancement initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and manage supplier quality assurance programs, conduct supplier audits, monitor supplier performance, and ensure customer satisfaction with product quality.
