Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reporting

Work across business units to gather relevant data and insights

Develop financial models to forecast and analyze expenses

Conduct variance analysis and explain budget-to-actual differences

Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process

Prepare ad hoc financial reports/analyses for management

Collect and track quantitative and qualitative information for projects

Keep current with industry and functional trends

Requirements

4-7 years of accounting or finance experience

Insurance industry background

P&C strongly preferred

Knowledge of business cases and discounted cashflow models

Organized, analytical, and able to multi-task

Skilled in Excel and PowerBI

CPA strongly preferred
