Water/Wastewater Regional Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Water/Wastewater Regional Technical Lead. Our client is one of the leading engineering firms providing innovative solutions for water/wastewater infrastructure projects across the country.

Job Description

As the Water/Wastewater Regional Technical Lead, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery within your region. Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Leading and managing teams involved in water/waste management
- Developing strategic plans related to business development
- Establishing relationships with clients
- Ensuring successful execution of multiple projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess or demonstrate experience/knowledge/skills on these qualifications below without mentioning them directly;

Technical Skills;
- Strong technical understanding around wastewater treatment processes (including anaerobic digestion), drinking-water quality standards.
- Understanding relevant regulations including EPA guidelines

Management & Leadership skills,
- Experience working closely with stakeholders at all levels both internally & externally while maintaining strong communication lines required towards conflict resolution/negotiations etc..

Education requirements,

Candidates need Bachelor's degree preferably Civil Engineering / Environmental Science or any other field that demonstrates knowledge about WWT facilities design/construction/maintenance.

Compensation/Salary Details:
Our offer includes highly competitive compensation package starting from $150000 per annum based upon applicants' qualification/experience level
