The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for manufacturing scientific instruments in a high-mix low-volume environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Details: Continuous improvement through innovation Collaboration with Supply Chain, R&D Engineering, Production, and Quality Development of best-in-class manufacturing and test documentation Improvement of processes for profitable and reliable products Challenge the status quo for process excellence Problem-solving with hands-on and theoretical approaches Resilience in challenging situations Leading improvement projects in scaling up scientific instrumentation production lines Responsibilities: Engineering and team leadership Technical resource to other engineering groups Continuous process improvement planning and execution Process verification and documentation development Data collection and statistical analysis Communication of production line performance Design, documentation, and qualification of manufacturing tooling and equipment Troubleshooting and failure analysis Requirements: 5+ years of relevant work experience in regulated industries Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T Methodologies Experience with SolidWorks, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) On-site work required, with some domestic/international travel Preferred: Experience in large capital equipment assembly and test Experience in semi-automation equipment Track record of innovation and research Basic programming knowledge for engineering scripts Company Benefits:
