You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, working closely with them to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive market, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue and exceed sales targets. This role will also work with local business leaders and customers to meet their goals and needs. C. (Buy Up Options Available Through Aflac & American Fidelity)Opportunities for Growth and Promotions Inside the Ever-Expanding Family-Owned Business that has been Locally Trusted for 40 YearsKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including automotive dealerships, fleet management companies, and automotive service providers.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.Sales and Business Development:Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts by upselling products and services, introducing new offerings, and expanding the scope of partnerships.Prospect and onboard new clients in the automotive sector, leveraging market research, networking, and lead generation techniques.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term relationship building.Product and Industry Knowledge:Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.Stay informed about the company's product portfolio, features, and benefits, effectively communicating these to clients to drive sales and maximize value.Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.Coordinate with technical experts to address client-specific requirements and deliver customized solutions.Reporting and Analysis:Track and analyze sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing key insights, achievements, and action plans.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the automotive industry.Strong understanding of automotive products, services, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
