As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role within our growing analytics organization. You will build key analytic insights and reports that will enable Markforged to become a more data driven organization. This work will include feature analyses, account informatics, build-buy analyses, sales informatics, R&D product informatics, etc. You will be working with internal stakeholders to ensure that there is a measurement strategy, analytic frameworks, and baseline measurement periods for the experiments we want to run.

What will you own?

Creating and deploying reports, feature specifications and other planning and output documents for different business units. Analyzing data, conducting research, interviewing internal associates, and monitoring processes and outcomes to identify problems. Performing quality control in reporting programs\processes to ensure accurate and consistent management reporting. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, exhibits, graphs, and charts for Ad-hoc analyses and internal reporting deliverables Providing recommendations and solutions for process improvements, strategic insights, and key business decisions. Developing clear, intuitive visualizations and communicating analysis results via presentations to a multi-disciplinary audience. Cultivating a data-centric and process-oriented company philosophy by helping to maintain best practices for software development, data management, and infrastructure. Important Note:

1-3 years of hands-on data and analytics experience in a variety of business domains 1-3 years of experience working with relational databases, writing SQL queries, and communicating results 1-3 years of experience technical analytics tools, including Python, R, SAS, and/or SQL Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g. Periscope, Tableau, Birst, etc.) Strong Excel skills and PowerPoint skills Why Markforged?
