Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $ 29-34/hr (W2 Contract)

What's the Job?
  • Manage nonconforming materials (NC), RMAs, and deviations. Ensure timely resolution of manufacturing interruptions and quality issues.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in SAP workflows. Become proficient in handling RMA and NCM processes.
  • Execute usage decisions for RMAs. Adhere to QMS requirements for RMA disposition.
  • Verify accuracy and compliance of NC and deviation records. Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
  • Plan and execute material containment. Manage physical and system transactions and holds.
What's Needed?
  • 0-3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in manufacturing in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality regulations and standards. Familiarity with 21CFR 820 and ISO 13485 is essential.
  • Experience with design controls, risk management, validation, and change control. A plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
