**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER**

As an entry-level member service representative, you arrive each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service as the first line of interaction with our members. You cheerfully initiate conversations with members to determine their financial needs. Leveraging your exceptional customer service skills, you help members with a broad range of questions and concerns.

On a daily basis, you provide a complete range of financial services, including receiving deposits, redeeming savings bonds, issuing checks, resolving issues, and performing general member account maintenance. Applying your excellent organizational skills, you personally maintain a balancing record in accordance with the teller balance standards. You are detail-oriented as you process transactions, verifying that all pertinent information is correct. You work diligently and find **great fulfillment** in providing exceptional banking services to our valued members

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**WORK SCHEDULE OF A MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / TELLER**

This entry-level credit union position offers **stable, full-time work** with a convenient schedule of **Monday - Thursday** from **8:45 am - 5:15 pm and Friday 8:45 am to 6:15 pm** . **Weekends are yours to enjoy** .
