Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with at least 2 implementation project experience to join our team.

As a Senior SAP VIM Consultant, you would be responsible for designing, process re-engineering and implementing SAP VIM solutions for our clients.

Consultant should have worked on VIM integration when SAP ECC/S4H upgrade / transformation was undergoing. Consumer health and retail domain knowledge would be a great plus.

Responsibilities:

Should have very good understanding about Paper based and e-invoices business processes and able to lead design discussion with Customer.

Understand the possible challenges and re-design considerations where customers are undergoing S4H migration and transformation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.

Hands on experience in configuring SAP VIM settings, workflows, document types, data capture, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Must have SAP VIM customizing experience to meet specific business processes and requirements.

Should be able to work in multi-vendor environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into effective SAP VIM solutions.

Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP VIM functionalities.
