Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for effective implementation of all EH&S activities in the facility. The EHS manager is also responsible for supervision of the Waste Treatment Supervisor, Technicians, and Operators, as well as the EHS Engineer, and EHS Specialist/Supervisor. The key tasks of this position include working with and supporting the General Manager and Operations Team and developing continuous improvement projects to ensure business unit success. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Must comply with all applicable State, Federal & Local regulations and abide by all TTM policies.

Supports safety efforts to prevent injuries, including leading a Central Safety Committee, acting on safety concerns, implementing and tracking corrective actions, and maintaining safety improvement action registers.

Develops, updates, and delivers EHS training / awareness programs to both employees and contractors for compliance, injury/illness prevention and EMS certification for division operations.

Reviews job functions, material handling and other activities including machine operations and manual lifting to determine improvements for compliance assurance and injury/illness prevention.

Works with EHS supervisor and central committee on analysis of all injury/illness incidents, including near misses for comprehensive root cause determination and tracking of identified corrective actions to resolution.

Works with the EHS Engineer and WWTP Supervisor to ensure that all aspects of operational performance (of the manufacturing operation) are monitored, measured, and in a manner that does not adversely impact the compliance integrity of the site and the sustainability goals of the site and the Company.

Works with the EHS Engineer to ensure that the site Ignition 4.0 is being optimized for the benefit of the site sustainability goals.

Manages divisional environmental programs, including hazardous waste programs to ensure full compliance. This will include the oversight and management of properly handling and disposing all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations, reclaim of precious product residuals and recycling of applicable products. Other environmental programs include Stormwater pollution prevention, Air emission tracking and Industrial wastewater pretreatment.

Reviews and updates divisional EMS programs as they pertain to the ISO 14001 certification, including objective and target projects and auditing to achieve timely completion per the TTM corporate program and certification.

Follows corporate guidance for implementing TTM best practices and procedures to ensure divisional compliance.

Compiles data for reporting out Key Performance Indicator reports on both a local & corporate level.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years of EHS-related experience in a manufacturing environment

Wastewater Treatment operational experience

Management of 2 or more persons

Experience in the Utah State and Local regulatory realm - UTDEQ, UTDPS, UTOSHD, POTW, etc.

Experience in a manufacturing environment
