Easy Pay Direct is positioned to leverage their brand and experience in several verticals to dominate the eCommerce and "Card Not Present" space. Now we're looking for a truly impressive Sales Manager that can collaborate with us on our vision and grow with us through this hyper growth process.

Reporting to our VP of Sales, this Sales Manager will help manage and further develop our front line inbound sales team and add some adrenaline to client acquisitions. The Sales Manager will take ownership of and and a hands on approach to team outcomes. Their core objective is to help the team increase the conversion rate ("close rate") of our our target market; clients doing between $1M -$50M/year in revenue. They will also hire, onboard and train new teammates to drive sales. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration, building relationships, and exploring growth opportunities across various operational areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Coach, manage, and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings, training, and development for our team of inbound and eventually outbound sales.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of payment processing, underwriting & risk processes, and Hubspot CRM operations
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to aid deal management and provide accurate forecasting metrics
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting
  • Perform call audits and provide feedback. Identify key conversion rates to optimize, such as missed calls, closed/lost/unresponsive rates, website bounce rates, and conversion metrics from inbound to opportunity and from opportunity to customer.
  • Drive accountability in sales processes through effective task management, contact follow-up, and pipeline oversight.
  • Manage inbound lead and round-robin processes effectively.
  • Ensure Hubspot data integrity by managing fields and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform KPI audits to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and analyze Hubspot reports and dashboards to identify trends and challenges.
  • Embrace opportunities for growth and advancement in your professional sales leadership journey.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
To be perfect for this role, here are the key skills and experience you'll need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Leadership roles
  • Demonstrable sales and account management experience with proven closing abilities
  • Proven leadership and mentorship ability
  • Strong communication and reasoning skills for collaboration within teams, across departments and with clients
  • High level of organization and multitasking
  • Passion for annihilating goals and client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the payments space and potentially eCommerce space is a huge advantage
  • Experience using sales related platforms and systems such as Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Collaborative mindset focused on team success over individual achievement
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented and extremely driven
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace, internet technologies (shopping carts, credit card transactions, email & online marketing tools) a big plus
  • Sound knowledge of and passion for the web and web-based software products
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with ambitious company and personal objectives
